If you’re not from ‘up North’ then these boys might be new to you. But let me be the first to say this will not be the last you hear of the band ‘Tall Trees’.

The seed was sown in Greater Manchester where this alternative/indie rock foursome first formed from the splinters of previous projects such as ‘Smudge’. ‘Inflight’ and ‘Yes Sensei’. I say splintered because, having listened to all of the afore-mentioned groupings, it seems the sharpest, clearly influential and committed members have moved on and become a part of this project. Heavily influenced by classic rock and punk, through to more recent greats like ‘Biffy Clyro’, the boys have put themselves in good stead to build a substantial fanbase.
