Fresh off tour supporting Kate Nash, the wonderfully quirky Brigitte Aphrodite has released a new single “I Dream Myself Awake” with label B-Side.
The cheery summery feeling that is projected from her new single ‘I Dream Myself Awake’, is one that means this track is bound to go down well as a summer hit. The lyrics in the song are very catchy, thus meaning after one listen it makes you sing along, or even have the song on repeat for hours!
Nicely-up tempo, the song has the ability to bop along to especially when the song gets in to full flow, meaning it would be a perfect song to perform live and allow the crowd to become involved with, which Brigitte proved she was capable of doing whilst touring with Kate Nash.
The vocals Brigitte delivers are unique and different, allowing her to appeal to more varied audiences.
Overall; Brigitte’s new single would fit in perfectly with the rest of her songs in a live set and also the current changing music scene.
