Frances Lion has released her new single ‘Misbehave’.

The track is the first single taken from her forthcoming EP ‘Frances Lion – EP1’ which marks a significant chapter in her career.

Speaking of the single, Frances said: “Weirdly, the initial inspiration to this song all started with the annoying drone of an air conditioning unit. As a joke I started playing along with it on the bass and scatting some lyrics to a melody and that’s essentially how the song was born. It’s based on being in a relationship where you know the other person is a bad influence, you can feel yourself slipping to the dark side, they’re not good for you but you’re addicted to thrill of it.”

Frances’ distinct vocal tone takes centre stage in ‘Misbehave’ pairing assertive lyrics with a raw, edgy sound that drives the track forward.
