Kin Crew have released their new single ‘Feels Good’.
The new track from the artist/producer duo from Halifax, Nova Scotia, is the second track taken from their forthcoming EP release ‘I Swear I’m Okay’.
Speaking of the single, the duo said: “Our brand is closely tied to mental health because we’ve both suffered from it, and we feel it’s important to keep that conversation going. We all suffer from some sort of mental illness, however, what most people fail to realize is that you can either survive with it or thrive with it. Your illness can be your superpower.
“This song was written about a personal experience of being in a relationship with someone who made you feel terrible but for some reason you just couldn’t leave. Toxic relationships have a tendency to be addictive.
With a sound that harks back to the pop-punk releases of the 2000s, the intertwined electronic elements add to its euphoric sound, creating a track that’s set to sing out loud. The perfect addition to any summer playlist for those who tune into skater style singles.
