KTG has released her new single ‘Strawberries’.

The track is taken from KTG’s – aka Katie Gallagher – debut mini-album, ‘Searching For Magpies’, due out on September 26th.

Speaking of the single, KTG said: “’Strawberries’ is just a really fun track that makes you want to go out and take on the town! Whereas ‘Don’t Tell My Mother’ was about the second chance, ‘Strawberries’ is the beginning! Who knew a strawberry flavoured Kopparberg could have been such an inspiration?!”

‘Strawberries’ serves up a folk-pop blend, hailing back to the singer-songwriter style of 2006 when KT Tunstall and Sandi Thom were never off the radio.

KTG has managed to bring this singer-songwriter style back with an addictively feel-good release crafting an upbeat playful single that had us hooked.

Trust us, you’ll find yourself singing the chorus by accident hours after listening…
