Psyence have released their new single ‘Tusk’.
Out now via Black Belt Recordings, the track was co-produced by the band and Sam Bloor at Lower Lane Studios with additional production and mixing by Santi Arribas.
When describing the single, the band said: “A tribal marching beat packed full of swagger for the scorn lovers. A sonic escape for the disgruntled. A call to arms for those that need a change. A three and half minute journey through the minds of five working-class lads with a lot to say.”
Led by driving guitars ‘Tusk’ is a rock-infused release with a sultry edge thanks to frontman’s Steve Pye’s vocal tone. It’s a revved up single with crushing riffs and thumping drums that sounds set for festival stages – let’s countdown and cross our fingers for 2021!
