Hi Frisco have released their new single ‘Headspin’.

The new track features Charlotte Spiral‘s Amy Spencer and is taken from the band’s forthcoming debut album ‘Goodbye, Blue Monday’.

Speaking of the new single, Hi Frisco said, “‘Headspin’ was a song we’d had demoed for a while but got round to recording it quite late in the album process. In our heads it was supposed to sound like a cross between LCD Soundsystem and the Shirelles but kind of mutated into its own thing, part low slung groove with coldwave synths and part doo-wop harmonies and crooner ish lead vocals.”

With an almost ethereal atmosphere throughout, ‘Headspin’ will leave you entranced in its catchy technicolour synth scattered sound. Hi Frisco continue to prove themselves ones to watch with ‘Headspin’ proving another strong addition to the band’s catalogue that you’ll find yourself singing along by the track end.
