Stay Lunar have returned with their new single ‘I Like It When You’re Around’.

The new single showcases the band’s new sound, following the release of their debut EP in 2022.

Recorded at Giant Wafer in Wales with producer Alex Quinn (Bandit, Royston Club, Overpass), the track stays true to the Stay Lunar sound but with a fresh take.

Speaking of the single, singer Harry Leigh said: “‘I like it when you’re around’ is essentially a love song for friends, and how having them around during tough times makes everything easier. It can be hard to tell people that you need some company during a difficult period mentally, and this song was written while feeling that.”

Stay Lunar have made a welcomed return with their latest glistening release. ‘I Like It When You’re Around’ is a dreamy yet anthemic single with emotive lyrics to sing out loud.
