Track of the Day | The Modern Strangers – Visions

The Modern Strangers have released the video for their new single ‘Visions’.

The choreographed video was directed and executed by the band themselves and comes ahead of the band’s headline October tour dates.

Speaking about the video, frontman Max Davenport said: “We filmed the video at the beginning of July in a dance studio in London. Thomas Ashton (who is our drummer, Will’s cousin) kindly offered to choreograph a dance routine to the song. We’d seen some videos of his previous work and knew he’d be able to create something amazing for it. He bought in two other incredible dancers, Jasmine and Frankie who we can’t thank enough for coming and being a part of the video.

“The video is entirely self-filmed and edited. We were going for a sort of futuristic, end of the world disco and we hope we got that. Thomas, Jasmine and Frankie did an amazing job and we couldn’t have asked for a better video and again, we can’t thank them all enough for being involved and helping make the video what it is!”

Electro-pop treat ‘Visions’ flows with an almost psychedelic feel that leads you through the single with an air of intrigue.
